The Carson Wentz era is over in Philadelphia. The Eagles have agreed to trade Wentz to the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for a 2021 third-rounder and a conditional second-rounder in 2022.
Wentz reunited with Frank Reich, who was his OC in Philadelphia. The Eagles will absorb over $30 million in dead money by trading Wentz to the Colts.
The Eagles would receive a first-round pick in 2022 if Carson Wentz plays 75% of the snaps or 70% and the #Colts makes the playoffs. Otherwise, it’s a 2nd-rounder.
