Ricardo Pepi is on the move. After the club that he was on loan with, FC Groningen, got relegated from the Eredivisie and his parent club FC Augsburg was open to selling him after he didn’t settle in the Bundesliga, he looks to be staying in the Dutch league.
According to CBS Sports soccer insider Fabrizio Romano, Pepi is on the verge of a move to PSV. Augsburg have informed PSV of the price and negotiations will go on during the next few days in order to determine Pepi’s fate, Romano reports.
Currently with the United States men’s national team in preparation for Concacaf Nations League semifinals, Pepi scored 12 goals and assisted three more during the season after joining on loan.
