Rahm breaks Royal Liverpool Open scoring record with 63

Jon Rahm grabbed a piece of Royal Liverpool history Saturday.

The World No. 3 fired the lowest-ever round at the course for the Open Championship with a remarkable 8-under 63.

Rahm surpasses previous Claret Jug winners at the iconic layout such as Walter Hagen, Bobby Jones, Peter Thomson, Tiger Woods, and Rory McIlroy. None of those men shot better than a 65 during their appearances.
