The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Baker Mayfield as their starting quarterback for the 2023 season on Tuesday, according to Jenna Laine of ESPN.
Mayfield, who joined the Bucs as a free agent in the offseason, beat out 2021 second-round pick Kyle Trask for the job.
