Logan Paul was seconds away from a dominant decision win over Dillon Danis in their six-round boxing match Saturday in Manchester, England, but it will go in the books as a disqualification victory instead.
Danis, the popular MMA fighter and Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, was disqualified in the final moments of the fight after attempting to put Paul, the YouTube star turned prizefighter, in a guillotine choke. Paul was up 5-0 on all three judges’ scorecards heading into the sixth round.
A brawl broke out in the ring – with security rushing in – after Danis went for the illegal move.
