Duke is finalizing a contract to make Penn State defensive coordinator Manny Diaz its next head coach, Yahoo Sports’ Ross Dellenger reports.
Diaz will replace Mike Elko after the latter left Duke for the head coaching job at Texas A&M earlier this month.
