Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson announced quarterback Trevor Lawrence entered the concussion protocol following Sunday night’s 23-7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, according to ESPN’s Michael DiRocco.
Pederson added postgame that Lawrence was placed in the protocol due to a hit received in the fourth quarter, per Mia O’Brien of 1010XL.
Lawrence and the Jaguars’ offense struggled during the Week 15 prime-time loss, totaling just one scoring drive. The 24-year-old completed 25 of his 43 pass attempts for 264 yards with one touchdown to zero interceptions plus 41 yards on the ground. He finished with an 83.9 passer rating.
