The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to hire former Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury as offensive coordinator, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Kingsbury spent 2023 as a senior offensive analyst at USC after being fired by the Cardinals at the end of the 2022 campaign. The 44-year-old posted a 28-37-1 record across four seasons in Arizona, making the playoffs just once.
Led by quarterback Kyler Murray, the Cardinals’ offense had solid moments under Kingsbury. However, the unit failed to replicate that success throughout a full season and didn’t rank in the top 10 in scoring during the Kingsbury era.
