The Boston Celtics hung on against the shorthanded Cleveland Cavaliers to take Game 4 with a 109-102 win and grab a commanding 3-1 lead in the second-round series.
The Cavaliers were without two starters, including All-Star Donovan Mitchell, who missed Monday’s contest in Cleveland due to a left calf strain.
Boston was led by its superstar duo of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, who contributed 33 and 27 points, respectively. Tatum tallied a double-double with 11 rebounds and added five assists, two steals, and a block.
