Police briefly detained wide receiver Tyreek Hill for a traffic incident near Hard Rock Stadium just hours ahead of Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars before releasing him, the Miami Dolphins announced.
Police pulled Hill over for speeding, sources told ESPN’s Jeff Darlington. After a verbal altercation with officers, Hill was placed in handcuffs and reportedly cited for reckless driving.
Videos of the incident showing Hill detained emerged on social media.
