The Kansas City Chiefs are placing wide receiver Hollywood Brown on injured reserve, sources told NFL insider Jordan Schultz.
Brown will reportedly undergo surgery Monday to repair the sprained sternoclavicular joint in his shoulder.
The wideout will miss a majority of the campaign due to the ailment but could return toward the end of the season if his rehab goes well, a source told Sports Illustrated’s Matt Verderame.
