The NFL intends to award the 2028 Super Bowl to Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the home of the Falcons, according to Ben Fischer of the Sports Business Journal.
The decision is reportedly expected to become official when NFL owners meet next month to vote.
It’ll be the second Super Bowl to take place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium after the 2019 Big Game. The New England Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Rams on the occasion.
