The Miami Dolphins have waived veteran receiver Odell Beckham Jr., the team announced Friday.
It was a mutual agreement between the franchise and wideout to part ways, sources told NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. Beckham is hoping for more opportunities elsewhere. He’ll go through waivers and be free to sign with any team if he goes unclaimed by Monday.
Any team that claims Beckham would be responsible for the $200,000 he’s owed for the rest of the season, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
