The Cleveland Guardians are trading All-Star first baseman Josh Naylor to the Arizona Diamondbacks, sources told ESPN’s Jeff Passan.
Arizona is sending right-hander Slade Cecconi as well as a competitive balance round B draft pick to Cleveland, Passan reports.
