Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson isn’t betting on Saquon Barkley smashing his record for most rushing yards in a season.
“I don’t think he’ll break it,” Dickerson said about the Philadelphia Eagles star, according to Sam Farmer of the Los Angeles Times. “But if he breaks it, he breaks it. Do I want him to break it? Absolutely not. I don’t pull no punches on that. But I’m not whining about it.”
Dickerson rushed for 2,105 yards in 1984. Barkley is within striking distance, needing 268 yards over his final two games to break the Hall of Famer’s mark.
