The Seattle Seahawks are asking teams for a first- and third-round pick for wide receiver DK Metcalf, sources told The Athletic’s Dianna Russini.
Metcalf is looking for a new deal that gives him around $30 million per year, Russini added. Multiple teams have expressed interest and inquired about the 27-year-old.
Reports surfaced Wednesday that Metcalf requested a trade from the organization that drafted him in 2019. The Seahawks were upset that the wide receiver’s request was leaked the day the team released fellow wide receiver Tyler Lockett, a source told ESPN’s Brady Henderson.
