The Minnesota Vikings aren’t pursuing Aaron Rodgers as they look to add a veteran quarterback behind J.J. McCarthy, sources told NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The Vikings have also rejected multiple trade calls about McCarthy and are moving forward with him as their QB1, Pelissero adds.
That leaves the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants as the most likely landing spots for the free agent Rodgers, with both teams reportedly actively pursuing the four-time MVP.
