Miami Heat forward Nikola Jovic signed a four-year, $62.4-million rookie contract extension, his agents told ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Jovic’s new deal doesn’t contain a team or player option in its final season, according to Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
The Serbian is the fifth player to sign a rookie extension this offseason. He had until Oct. 20 to agree on a long-term contract with the Heat.
