Indiana trashed Alabama 38-3 in the Rose Bowl on Thursday, setting up a College Football Playoff semifinal rematch with Oregon.
The Hoosiers beat up the Crimson Tide, knocking quarterback Ty Simpson out of the game with an apparent injury early in the second half. Alabama was held to only 193 yards during the contest, and the 35-point defeat was the worst bowl loss in program history.
