New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh told reporters Monday that the team has discussed signing free-agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., emphasizing the organization is looking at “every option,” according to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan.
Describing Beckham as one of his “very favorite people in the world,” Harbaugh said the two still talk and text. The head coach added that both sides will have to evaluate whether a deal makes sense as the offseason progresses.
Beckham remains unsigned after not playing in 2025. The NFL suspended him for six games in October for violating its policy on performance-enhancing drugs, but he’s eligible to return in 2026.
The 33-year-old played under Harbaugh with the Ravens in 2023. He most recently suited up for the Miami Dolphins two years ago, recording nine catches for 55 yards over nine games. Beckham hasn’t played since Miami released him in December 2024.
