Florida coach Tim Walton was ejected in the fifth inning of the Gators’ 16‑7 loss to Texas Tech in the Gainesville Super Regional, and former NBA player Jason Williams claimed the ejection was arranged so Walton wouldn’t have to shake hands with Williams’ daughter, Texas Tech infielder Mia Williams, who transferred from Florida.
