The Milwaukee Brewers reliever Abner Uribe made a “crotch chop” gesture towards the St. Louis Cardinals dugout after a called strikeout, prompting criticism from Brewers manager Pat Murphy. Uribe apologized but also accused Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol of making disrespectful gestures towards Brewers batters. The Brewers won the game 6-0 and lead the NL Central.
