The NBA warned San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama for violating media access rules following Tuesday’s Game 5 loss, a source told ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Wembanyama skipped his mandatory media obligations after the Spurs’ 127-114 defeat by the Oklahoma City Thunder, leaving Paycom Center without speaking to reporters.
Wembanyama struggled as the Thunder took a 3-2 series lead in the Western Conference finals. He scored 20 points on 4-for-15 shooting and had just one rebound in the first half.
