Justin Gaethje and Ilia Topuria received 180-day medical suspensions after their UFC Freedom 250 fight. Gaethje’s suspension can be shortened if he passes MRI scans, while Topuria needs clearance from a specialist. Both fighters also have mandatory rest days.
