Conor McGregor said Monday that he will undergo surgery after injuring his knee against Max Holloway at UFC 329.
The former two-division champion suffered the injury just seconds into his comeback bout this past weekend in Las Vegas, officially losing via first-round TKO.
McGregor reiterated that he plans to recover and then return to the Octagon to complete his contract.
“All things are possible for me because I am a believer!” McGregor wrote on Instagram. “Surgery. Prehab. Return to martial arts practice. Go again. Final fight of the contract.”
