The Buffalo Bills’ $2.2-billion Highmark Stadium hosted its first public event Saturday, and some spectators weren’t satisfied with their experience.
A record crowd attended the Bills’ annual Return of the Blue & Red practice, but some fans discovered the view from their seats was obstructed and shared their frustration on social media.
“We are currently addressing internal and external feedback regarding the facility’s operation following the first event,” the Bills said in a statement via Front Office Sports’ Eric Fisher. “We’ll utilize the next six weeks to refine any details as we prepare for the home opener on Sept. 17.”
The Bills said they’ll make changes ahead of their home opener against the Detroit Lions on Thursday Night Football.
Buffalo has heard from fewer than 1% of its personal seat-license holders regarding obstructed views, sources told Fisher.
