Chicago Bears safety Coby Bryant will be sidelined four-to-six months after undergoing knee surgery, head coach Ben Johnson announced Tuesday, according to The Chicago Tribune’s Brad Biggs.
The Bears are hoping Bryant can return toward the end of the season, Briggs adds.
Bryant sustained a hyperextended knee, a bone bruise, and a small fracture during practice last week.
