San Francisco 49ers star edge rusher Nick Bosa will play in Thursday night’s season-opening matchup against the Los Angeles Rams in Australia, defensive coordinator Raheem Morris confirmed Monday.
“He’s going,” Morris told reporters, including Nick Wagoner of ESPN. “We are not hiding that.”
Bosa tore his ACL in Week 3 of the 2025 season and has spent the offseason working toward a return. The 28-year-old, who dealt with knee tendinitis in his recovery, practiced in full capacity for the first time since the injury last week and said he “felt great” following the session, per Wagoner.
