San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans departed Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals on a cart after sustaining a rib injury in the second quarter.
Evans was later ruled out for the remainder of the contest.
The 33-year-old appeared to be in significant pain after taking a hit from Cardinals safety Budda Baker.
