Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy wasn’t in the locker room with his team during halftime of Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
He instead spent the intermission in the blue medical tent after appearing to twist his ankle while walking off the field at the conclusion of the first half, according to the CBS broadcast.
McCarthy needed assistance reaching the medical tent.
