The New York Giants are signing free-agent running back Najee Harris to a one-year deal, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.
Harris is signing with the Giants after visiting the team Monday.
After playing under head coach Jim Harbaugh with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2025, Harris will now suit up for John Harbaugh this season.
“I felt like the hair on the back of my neck stood up when I saw him over there, you know? He’s a big dude,” Harbaugh said Monday, according to SNY’s Danny Abriano.
The Giants are planning to release receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster in a corresponding move, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
