New England Patriots wide receiver A.J. Brown exited after suffering an ankle injury during the third quarter of Wednesday’s season opener against the Seattle Seahawks.
Seahawks cornerback Nehemiah Pritchett appeared to land on Brown’s ankle with his knee during an incomplete pass in the third quarter. Trainers looked at Brown on the field before he limped to the sideline and then headed to the locker room.
Brown was deemed questionable to return.
