Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold is off the injury report and will start Sunday against the Washington Commanders.
Darnold missed last week’s game after suffering a glute injury early in Seattle’s season opener. The signal-caller was listed as a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice before returning to full participation in Thursday’s and Friday’s sessions.
The 29-year-old exited the Week 1 contest on the fifth play after being sacked from behind while trying to escape the pocket. Though he received good news following a CT scan, Darnold spent the night in the hospital.
