Wentz’s left shoulder was in a brace during Thursday’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers as he played through the injury. However, a surgical procedure was reportedly deemed necessary after the game. The veteran passer, who was sacked five times and took eight hits, was in visible pain during the matchup.
