Oregon State will be the transfer destination for former 4-star wide receiver Devon Williams.
Williams, signed with the USC Trojans in 2018 out of Lancaster (Calif.) Antelope Valley High School. The 6-foot-4, 209 pound receiver was rated as the sixth rated prospect in California. He signed with the Trojans over double digit offers, including Alabama, Notre Dame, Florida State and eight programs in the Pac-12 conference.
