Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson suffered a lower leg injury during a scrimmage in Southern California, the team confirmed on Wednesday afternoon.
The fear, according to Yahoo Sports’ Chris Haynes, is that Thompson “suffered a significant Achilles injury.” He will undergo tests over the next few days to determine the severity of the injury, and is set for an MRI on Thursday.
