The Chicago Bears have reportedly hired former Chiefs executive Ryan Poles as their new general manager.
For the Chicago Bears, the search for Ryan Pace’s replacement has officially come to a close. After another rough season for the team, ending without a trip to the postseason, Pace was fired from his role as general manager.
According to NFL insider Adam Schefter, the Bears have decided to go with Kansas City Chiefs Assistant Director of Player Personnel Ryan Poles for the role.
And so it comes full circle: Ryan Poles signed with the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent coming out of Boston College.

Ryan Poles was the leading candidate in Chicago, and the #Bears are hiring him. Kwesi Adofo-Mensah was the leading candidate in Minnesota. They will huddle, but may move quick on him, as well.
