Monday night’s postponed matchup between Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals won’t be resumed this week, the NFL announced Tuesday.
The league said that it hasn’t made a decision about potentially rescheduling the AFC matchup for a later date. Additionally, the league hasn’t made any changes to the Week 18 schedule.
The prime-time game was called off after Bills defensive back Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest following a tackle. Hamlin remains in critical condition at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Per Joe Buck, once officials gave each team 5 minutes to warm up before resuming play, Bengals head coach Zac Taylor walked across the field and consulted Bills HC Sean McDermott. Both coaches then sent their teams to their respective locker rooms. Such a classy move by Taylor.
