Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor, who is in a public feud with the team over his contract, is expected to return to the club over the next few days.
“He should be back this week,” Shane Steichen said, according to Stephen Holder of ESPN. “Do I know the exact date he’ll be back? No, but he should be back.”
Taylor has been rehabbing an ankle injury away from the team since early last week. The Wisconsin product has made it clear that he intends to return to the field when he is 100% healthy, sources told Holder.
