The Denver Broncos are releasing pass-rusher Frank Clark after failing to find a trade partner, sources told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Clark and the Broncos had attempted to pave the way for a trade by agreeing to a pay cut that reduced his $3.5-million base salary to the minimum of $841,000 for the rest of the season, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports.
A reunion with the Kansas City Chiefs is possible for Clark, adds Garafolo.
