Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco will start Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams, the team said Friday, according to Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot.
Flacco joined the Browns’ practice squad Nov. 20 after Deshaun Watson was ruled out for the remainder of the season. He wasn’t elevated for the club’s 29-12 loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 12.
The 38-year-old’s last game action came in Week 18 of last season with the New York Jets, where he completed 18 of 33 passes for 149 yards without any touchdowns or interceptions.
