The New York Jets are starting Zach Wilson for Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans, head coach Robert Saleh announced Wednesday.
It’ll be Wilson’s first start since he was benched during the team’s Week 11 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He served as the third quarterback on the depth chart in the last two games.
“Zach gives us our best chance to win, and (I’m) giving him another opportunity to prove that,” Saleh said Wednesday.
