Five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola is decommitting from Georgia and plans to sign with Nebraska ahead of the early signing period, he told ESPN’s Pete Thamel on Monday.
Raiola verbally pledged to join the Bulldogs in May. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound passer spent his senior year playing for Buford High School in Georgia after transferring from Chandler High School in Arizona after the 2022 campaign.
Raiola is the top-rated pocket passer and eighth overall recruit in the 2024 class, according to the ESPN 300. He becomes the highest-ranked prospect to commit to the Cornhuskers since ESPN began ranking high school players in 2006.
