The Philadelphia Eagles are interviewing Ron Rivera for their vacant defensive coordinator job, sources told Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.
Rivera was fired as the head coach of the Washington Commanders following a 4-13 record in 2023. He accumulated a 26-40-1 mark across four seasons as the club’s head boss.
The 62-year-old spent nine years as the Carolina Panthers’ head coach before landing in Washington. He led the Panthers to a Super Bowl appearance in 2015.
