The Orlando Magic have converted guard Mac McClung to a two-way NBA contract, the team announced Saturday.
McClung is the back-to-back slam dunk contest champion but has yet to find a consistent spot on an NBA roster, playing in four career games with the Los Angeles Lakers, Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers.
With the 76ers locked into their playoff spot in 2022-23, McClung played 33 minutes in the regular-season finale and totaled 20 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists.
McClung was the G League MVP in 2023-24 after leading the league in scoring at 25.7 points per game while playing for the Osceola Magic.
