Indiana coach Curt Cignetti was appalled at questions over whether his squad deserves a spot in the top 12 of next week’s College Football Playoff rankings following a 38-15 loss to Ohio State.
“Is that a serious question?” Cignetti said postgame, according to ESPN’s Jake Trotter. “I’m not even going to answer that one. The answer’s so obvious.”
Indiana got off to its best start in school history with a 10-0 start under Cignetti. However, the Hoosiers’ undefeated run came to an end Saturday to Big Ten rival Ohio State.
