The Atlanta Falcons are hiring Tommy Rees as their new offensive coordinator, sources told NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Rees spent the 2025 season as the Browns’ offensive coordinator in Kevin Stefanski’s coaching staff. Stefanski began the campaign as Cleveland’s offensive play-caller but handed the duties to Rees after the team’s bye week in November.
The Browns, who had three different starting quarterbacks in 2025, averaged 16.4 points per game, the second-lowest mark in the NFL.
