The Seattle Seahawks and defensive tackle Leonard Williams have agreed to a three-year, $90-million extension, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The extension also includes $56 million in guaranteed money, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. He was scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent after the 2026 campaign.
Seattle acquired Williams in a 2023 trade with the New York Giants for second- and fifth-round picks. The Giants later used that second-round selection on safety Tyler Nubin.
Williams earned second-team All-Pro honors last season while recording 62 tackles, 22 quarterback hits, and seven sacks. He also had a stellar 2024 campaign in which he posted 28 quarterback hits and 11 sacks.
