Oliver McCall, one of only two fighters to defeat Lennox Lewis, is reportedly planning to continue boxing at 61 years old.
McCall, a former WBC heavyweight champion, fought three times between November 2024 and June 2025, recording two wins and one draw. He could next face 53-year-old Ike Ibeabuchi on November 26 in New York.
Ibeabuchi, known for victories over David Tua and Chris Byrd, recently returned to boxing after a 26-year absence, fighting twice in Nigeria and recording one win and one loss.
The proposed McCall-Ibeabuchi fight would be promoted as a pay-per-view event by PrizeFightingTV for $9.95, but organizers reportedly require 12,500 fans to pre-book the PPV before committing to stage the event.
If the fight happens and McCall wins, he would extend his record as the oldest former heavyweight world champion to win a professional boxing match.
