The Dallas Mavericks have interest in drafting USC guard Bronny James with the 58th and final pick in June’s draft, sources told NBA insider Marc Stein.
However, the organization reportedly considers it extremely unlikely that the son of Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James will be available at that point.
The younger James is projected to be selected earlier in the second round, according to Stein. Dallas selects last at No. 58 after the Philadelphia 76ers and Phoenix Suns lost their second-round selection due to tampering violations.
